Jenn found us the home of our dreams! We moved from NY to TN and as you can imagine not being in TN and looking for a home in this competitive market could be stressful, but not for us! We initially found Jen when we were house hunting and watching YouTube videos of neighborhoods in Nashville. Jen had great comprehensive videos that felt genuine and so we reached out to set up a house hunting trip when we came into town. She was able to accommodate our visit and set up a full weekend of showings in less than a weeks notice. During the showings, she was extremely patient with us as we navigated the crazy Nashville housing market. She even did FaceTime showings for us when we couldn’t make it back into Nashville. Jennifer is an absolute rock star! We were relocating from PA to TN and came across her blog and YouTube videos. Needing to complete most of the process virtually because of the distance, we were extremely hesitant and nervous. We knew from the first video chat we did that she was someone we could trust to find us the perfect house. Relocating such a far distance in this housing market is stressful (to say the least) but Jennifer was incredible to work with every step of the way. I highly recommend Jen if you are looking for a realtor in Nashville or surrounding areas. She got me the house that everyone else tried to get! The seller was reviewing offers the next day when I saw the property but Jen had the “no problem and can do ” attitude and she drove there (1 hr away ) and we did face time and we got the house. We had looked at other properties before that and Jen was honest, no pressure and a pleasure to deal with.
