One of the biggest pros of living in Murfreesboro is the cost of living. The city is more affordable than many other places in the country, making it an ideal location for those who want to stretch their budget. Housing costs, in particular, are relatively low compared to other cities including surrounding suburbs of Nashville, which can help residents save money on rent or mortgage payments.
